The EISports Academy provides structured football development for players from their first experiences in the game through to secondary-school age.

Our approach goes beyond simply running football sessions. Players are supported through practical coaching, movement development, decision-making and continued education — helping them understand how and why they develop.

JUMPSTART | Ages 4–6
The beginning of the EISports pathway. Fun, movement-rich sessions introducing young players to the ball, coordination, balance and the fundamentals of football.

NEXT GEN | Ages 7–8
Building stronger technical foundations while developing movement, confidence, decision-making and greater independence with the ball.

PRIMARY PLAYER DEVELOPMENT | Ages 9–12
Structured player development combining technical ability, game understanding, movement and decision-making within increasingly challenging football environments.

SECONDARY PLAYER DEVELOPMENT | Ages 13+
Progressive training for older players with greater emphasis on performance, game understanding, physical development and individual responsibility.
