Elite Irish Speed Groups
The EI Speed programme has been designed making the most of years of research into what makes athletes faster, looking at various athletic sports throughout the world our programme has been specifically designed to increase the straight line speed, agility speed and foot speed of our athletes. We do this by looking at sprinting techniques with the latest technology in our sessions, building our athletes power, strength, co-ordination and cognitive functioning towards one goal, becoming faster. Our programmes see the athletes tested at their current speed level in their first session where we then strive to make them times better for each athlete through development. All athletes will be placed into a class that suits their needs after consultation with our staff, to provide them with the most benefits in their development.
At the moment we have three age specific speed sessions running Monday to Friday so please feel free to call for more details.
Junior speed (10-13)
Intermediate Speed (14-16)
Advanced Speed (16+)
Our Coaching groups will be capped at 10 per group to ensure maximum development & focus on each player. A Player performance record will be kept from when a player joins the program to evaluate their scores against several speed & technical tests.
